Scrub Samples

We understand that not all sugar scrubs leave the same feel, or provide the same skin benefits. We also understand that everyone's skin is different, and with the myriad of ingredients in store-bought products, if you have sensitive skin, it can feel impossible to know what specifically is causing the issue (trust me, we've been there!).

That's why we do our best to keep samples available at the farm stand to try. We want you to love your purchase, so we provide the opportunity to try before you buy. 

How to test our scrubs:

• Sugar scrubs can start to harden or become crumbly over a short period of time - completely normal. If your scrub feels drier than you expect, simply place your sample cup into a dish of warm water for 5 minutes to refresh the texture.
• We recommend testing on a rough patch of skin (elbows are an easy place to try). 
• Directions: Take a scoop from sample container and apply scrub to clean, damp skin. Massage in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly, and pat dry with towel.
• Note: After rinsing, you will feel the oils and butter left on your skin. This is expected, and desired; it allows the slower absorbing ingredients to fully penetrate your skin in order to receive maximum absorption and greater benefits. Within a short period of time, this will absorb and no greasy feeling will remain - just soft, supple, smooooth and moisturized skin that smells amazing.
